The proprietors are David and Lois Lawson. David has been serving the piano industry for fifty two years. David and Lois, along with Alastair, work from a most delightful boutique showroom and workshop in Wangaratta , in the North East of Victoria, Australia. Alastair attends to the showroom and office details, including sales and tuning bookings. You will find him to be most abliging and helpful with any questions you may have.

After serving his apprenticeship with the original family operated Allans Music in Melbourne, Australia, David travelled over to the UK and completed his training with Steinways in London. Since then his services have been used by such extraordinary artists as Artur Rubinstein, Roger Woodwood, Liberace, Peter Nero, Daniel Baronboim, Vladimir Ashkenazy, and many other visiting performers who have entertained music lovers in Australia.

David is fully qualified in the restoration of every type of piano, from grands to the full range of uprights. He is a member of the Australasian Piano Tuners and Technicians Association and services pianos through out the North East of Victoria and Southern NSW. He holds tuning contracts with both the Riverina Conservatorium in Wagga Wagga and the Murray Conservatorium in Albury.
